Elivis1976's is done, looks great and there's a thread that has pictures already...:)

Here's an updated picture of the head from John.
It's on the way back to me as I post this. Pictures
a little dark, I will take more close-up HD pictures when
I get it.

I should be able to finish the figure by the end of this week.
I will update with more pictures as I finalize each part.

I'm excited with the potential this figure has :yess:

:clap:clap:clap looks awesome, can`t wait to see the figure!!

Here's a final on some of weapons & accessories that come with the figure.
Basically everything was custom or customized. I put the
blade edge on the machete and did a new paint app. I finished
weathering the shotgun and HK. I bound the book with leather back
and weathered. Working on the bow now. I'm getting and modifing an
existing one, but it just won't look as good as the tree branch bow
he has in the film, but i'll get it as close as I can.

1) Book
2) book wrap (& book shatchal, not pictured)
3) Shotgun
4) Machete
5) HK45

Thanks.

I've had several offers already, asking me not to put it on eBay...:duh

We'll see what happens. I guess if it's an offer I can't refuse...
I just might not....:)

Most likely, to keep it fair, I will still list it. :family

Got the head back, as always a wonderful job by John, even if
he wasn't happy with it, I find the work he does that he's not
happy with, is still 10x better then most painters regular work.

John has these sparkles in the paint that show like little beads of sweat.
Hard to see in the pictures I took, but in normal daylight, it looks like he's sweating.
Still a great sculpt, but now I can see what he's talking about. The eye sockets themselves,
for sure slant inward in a way that's not natural. But no matter, Denzel's kinda wierd looking
like that anyways.

I also finished the bow and did the hand wraps.
The bow has the arrow in shooting position, but the bow string
can change positions to reflect firing the arrow or just hold the arrow
against the bow in a notch a cut. I also cut up the bow in spots.
Some places look like they have bark on them and others a raw wood look.

So let's look some pictures. I may dirty the sculpt up a bit more, he seems so clean now that he's painted.

Well there he is so far.
Having the pictures of the actual props used in the film
really helped. The back pack, has leather patch work on
the entire bottom of the bag(except one spot that lets the
shotgun poke out). I would have never known that until
I did a little research and found pictures of the pack from
all angles. Along with pics of all the weapons. So I did my best
to follow those pics and make them pretty darn close now to film accurate.

I think for sure some more weathering on the
clothes and sculpt. I also have the book wrapped in cloth
inside the leather bag that hangs inside the jacket. I also
,even though you don't see it, added an inside holster for the HK 45.
It just needed a home...=]

I'm using a DX stand and making it with dirt ground as
sort of a mini dio.

I also made extra fingerless gloved hands to, but they just
don't hold everything as well as the hands on him already.
So I don't thnk there is really a need for them now.
Oh well, I'll just include them with the figure to, since I
went to all the trouble to make them...lol.

Let me know what you think.

that is just amazing! great work Ike-con. love all the little details :rock

Thanks again. Though I like the movie, the character is much better
than the actual movie as a whole. Though I tend to look at films
from a different point of view than most. I did find the cinematography
to be wonderfully dark.

:lecture I won't get into the implications
it suggest and why I don't care for that aspect of it.
I don't want to offend anyone's sensibilities on faith or lack there of.

On the figures; One Sixth Global (my small company) is my only source of income,
so I try my best to be on top of my game...:) I make the figures how I would want them made for me.
So I spend a lot of time on the small details, trying to make them as accurate
as possible by teaming up with some of the best artists & clothes
makers I can.

Plus feedback from forum members helps keep me on my toes.

:hi5:

I agree with this post. The bible crap was annoying. I dont like that in my action flicks, unless it's super subtle and doesnt mention it exacly, but refrences it like a story should be refrenced.

The book should've been a porno. Just sayin. :monkey1

wonderful figure! I still can't understand why you're posting it here and not in the customs-board, but i love the outfit. you have chosen so good. i only would say that I'm not liking the glasses. if you could find some good glasses or use the "glasses" from sunohc it would look a bit better. but still a fantastic job. congrats

Looks great! I especially like your work on the backpack, the patchwork is a very nice touch.

Awesome job. It looks perfect , like someone else mentioned though I think you should buy Sunohc's shades whilst they're still available.

Yeah, I ordered Daniels shades as well. Its just neither are spot on.
Here's a picture of the shades used in the film.

Here's Daniels. Sorry, can't get any bigger pictures of Daniels.

boeglasses.jpg

I'm sure Daniels will lay better, because they're so much thinner
than the plastic glasses I have on there now.

While I applaud Daniel's efforts to provide sunglasses to his customers, they really do just look cheap as hell :slap Doubt you'll be happy with them.

Here's some updated pictures with a little bit more weathering
and some more 10 o'clock shadow(yes I mean 10..lol).

Also I got Daniels glasses, they're not that bad.
They fit and look much better than the
one's I had. The only issue; they are as lite as a feather and will
fall off if you breath to hard...:doh

So I'm going to tack them on behind the ear with a little super glue.

He's really starting to look like Eli now...:hi5:
