where is the best place to stay up to date and purchase these posters???? posterscaberet.com??? or what??

If your talking about the Tyler Stout posters go to his website and click contact, there's a "Get added to mailing list" at the bottom. Just slap your email into there and they will send out emails when he's releasing posters.

After the poster sells out, the artist typically has a small number to sell on their own. That happens however the heck the artist feels like it.

So you have two shots at a poster if you stay on top of things.

Also, the artists often sign the small number of copies that they are selling directly, while the main part of the edition sold by Alamo/Mondo will typically not be signed. (Unless they can get that worked out with the artist.)

The Alamo Drafthouse has just embarked on an official series of prints based on various aspects of the Star Trek universe, so to start if off, they’ve chosen one of the best episodes of all-time, “Space Seed”. Martin Ansin’s poster is a 24″ x 36″ screenprint, has an edition of 300, and will be $35. There is also a variant on wood with an edition of 35 for $135. Both go up today (Wednesday, June 9th) at a random time. There should be many more interesting things to come from this whole “tv episode as a movie poster” thing , as well as from the Star Trek series in general. Visit Mondotees.com.

Looks nice but zero interest in collecting prints based on TV episodes.

If they do a WoK poster, I'll certainly take a look.
