I agree he seems blatantly biased against Chile. I hate refs like him; they ruin football matches.

I think FIFA needs to wipe out the yellow-card carryover past the next match. Some trigger happy ref should not be affecting you three matches later.

Very harsh second yellow..... Completely accidental and Torres made a meal of it. Regardless the goal was scored, and that right there was curtains for Chile anyway the way Spain can dominate possession.....

Now Chile has got to pray for a draw in the other match….
