Right, new sleeves, dremeled out the knee and forearm armour, sprayed some stormtrooper hands, hacked a piece of the belt and its coming together...

looks bad ass dorgs........looks as if the face mask is suffering a bit like mine of materialus breakus downus. i had to replace mine completely because it just fell off the underlying cloth. but it did make a nice pattern....

I picked up a couple Hasbro Hoth troopers last week and decided to rework the one I used for Veers armor a couple weeks ago. Here is what it looked like before being chopped up...
I decided I wanted to go with a whiter, cleaner look. I want these to flank Veers when all said and done. Here are some work in progress pictures of the first one I am doing.
I repainted the body suit and all the armor. I cut out the mask and lined it with a white kitchen trash bag to give it that "plastic" shiny look from the film. I also am going to cover part of the boots also. Anyways, we will see how it goes.

Thanks guys, I am trying to figure out the boots. I was looking through Hurricane's custom thread and really like the way he did his trooper boots.

Looks great as usual Chaka. I like the clean look much better. I always find it funny when these guys are supposedly in the snow/ cold environments, they get dirt all over them somehow
Either way, the trash bag is a nice solution. It may be a bit glossy though. I seem to remember them being flat, but it's been a while. Can't wait to see the group shot! Your shop has got to look pretty wild with all these guys you are cranking out.
