Finally opened mine a couple of hours ago. Meh.

Figure is really cool looking. This might just be the only IM to have and to keep for a non hardcore fan like me.

Diecast feels great. Just like the first Optimus Prime masterpiece, maybe less heavy.

But meh. I wanted to have this a week ago. That's the only thing that sucks.

Oh, and no defects.

That should be cause for a small celebration! But you don't sound very impressed.

Quite, actually. I just had other plans for this fig. Stan Lee was here at the local comic con, and I wanted him to sign it. But I guess the gorgeous art box will remain without it. Kind of a bummer, actually.

The ball joint of shoulder is pure gray plastic, but the socket of the ball joint and where it swivel is a clear plastic, that area is the issue of my toy figure and hope fully it will consider as replacement since there is no way that it would crack by moving the arms front and back ,if it was force the ball joint should be the one to suffer and not the socket

Ugh. Good luck with that. Clear plastic anywhere that's got any stress on it's a recipe for disaster.

Yes this is Hot Toys. It's not my picture, by the way.

Yeah hope i could replace it, since ill stand that the socket was a defective part and doesnt do its job, instead its shutter in an instant upon carefully moving it front and back, its also shutter my visions to hve a photo session with it

Picking mine up today. Really hope I'm blown away but I'm not nearly as excited for this anymore. QC stories and SS delays have me just hoping this is just in one piece.

Good day i just recieve my figure today
And while i was testing all the shoulder articulation of this figure, since it have some issues in the past i carefully move the front swivel joint articulation and suddenly it snapped, this what its look like, i did my out most care to move this figure, the clear plastic that hold the ball joint arms and the swivel cracked and snapped,

The left arm on my figure was very loose, did you notice the same on yours BEFORE it snapped?

Oh the horror stories of this figure! I need to go home and thoroughly inspect mine. It looks good as far as I can tell but seeing all these broke 42s makes me nervous just touching the thing.. Smh

Just got my figure.....The arms seem fine, but the chest light doesn't work when I put batteries in it. It flashed for half a second the first few times I tried to turn it on. and now there's no response

Ugh, now this has me worried, because the right shoulder swivel on mine moves freely but the left one is really stiff:gah:

Both of the arms on mine are still really stiff. I am a bit worried myself.

I just got my silver centurion in yesterday and one thing for sure I feel more comfortable posing him than my 42.
