Finally got IM in a pose I like in his final spot. Would like to put a thin mat under base to keep it from moving around. Any suggestions?

how are you guys able to bend the leg 90 degrees? Mine bends half that angle and can't push it up further.

Same. Mine doesn't go near 90 without it becoming way too stiff, and I'm sure not going to force it.

I had a tough time adjusting the legs as well. Here are a couple of pics showing the landing pose. The left leg is the tricky one in which you have to pivot it out more towards the outside. It will take some time to play with it in order to get it right.
