Quick update... the sculpt is pretty much wrapped up, molding is taking place soon and should have the final silicone bust to show off in a few weeks These pics were taken awhile back while shooting another project, he's a lot more refined on the chest and shoulder area now.

Unfortunately I am 100% done with making resin castings... the recasting issues are way to out of hand and I'm only focusing on fully finished silicone busts from here on out.

Ok...im going to go ahead and ask a noob question here. What is the difference between a resin cast and a silicone cast. What are the pros and cons, on say the final product. Since recasting is
"out of hand" with resin.
