This is the Damtoys pocket elite figure (not the headsculpt and knee pads). Looks very to for a 1/12 scale and for a future Leon or Hunk custom.

Well, I'm not sure. But I'm sculpting their heads for 1/6 scale and I'm really tempted to do in 1/12. Maybe modifying that new Damtoys series (pocket elite series) which has a SAS figure with clothing, and it should work for Leon (with a little modification) and for Hunk.

Well, doing or not, one thing I know for sure... I'll not buy anymore from them. They ask a price that doesn't match the quality.

Nope. On mine, the glue was poorly used, and I believe its a poor quality too. But, the glue portion may be different on each sculpt. You can use the hair dryer if the parts are not separating easily. Start by the end of the chin, it will be easier.

It wasn't very hard. Even the glue used is bad LOL. I'd forced by the end of the chin, with a small screwdriver. Force a little bit until you see the junction. So its just keep pulling up with your fingers, mine came out easily and without any damage.

Well, one thing I know for sure...There's was no QC on those figures. The plastic used it's a crap, it won't not last a year.

Have you bought it on the SS website? Because I bought mine on Monkey Depot, and I don't know if they will send me a replacement. Here's some pics:
