They're using the official Konami logo on the site and pics as well as the disclaimer that it's subject to approval, so it appears to be licensed. My question is if it will be worldwide or if we'll have issues getting this in certain countries like HMO's pieces.

Yep, the artbooks are fantastic and if you can get it at the lower price, the set is just insane value for money for an artbook. It's also absurdly heavy.

If P1 offered a fabric cape version of this like some of their other offerings I'd be all over this. As it stands that cape is just way too much and I could definitely see it causing some issues over time.

Personally I really like the shoulders covered by the cape. He's shown that way all the time in the comics. My only issue with it is that it masks the anatomy under the cape and makes it look a little weird because we can't see exactly where his shoulders are positioned.

To be honest I really don't think this looks THAT much more impressive than the Hasbro one, for my money. I think even getting the Hasbro professionally repainted might be a better value.

Not even close. No dog collar, shoulder armor, leg stripes, elbow pads, chest V, black bar on chest, ridiculous belt buckle, etc. I wouldn't even mind a version of this costume for a PF because it actually comes from the comics.

I feel like molded fiberglass or pvc would cost far more to produce than a fabric cape as well... Somehow I don't think SS would be willing to spare the consumer that extra $ so I'm all good with fabric capes.

Seriously, I really wish they would think more outside the box for the exclusives. I thought the switch out skirt on WW was a nice one, maybe they'll have a similar outfit mod for this one. I did like the idea that was suggested earlier of switch out chest sections for different types of bat logos.

I really cannot wait to see this, the WW and Superman are fantastic. Hopefully they go three for three!
