For those who have Thor's arm paint chipped, particularly the armpit joint, try using petroleum jelly. I tried it on mine and it was able to get rid of the gritty mess. You can see the color difference of the paint and the actual rubber which is a lighter flesh tone, but I can live with that...

I think the reason why Hot Toys opted for a darker blonde look for Thor TDW is because he's supposed to have wet and sweaty hair. I so prefer this HS over the AoU figure... it has more life to it. The only part I don't like about the figure is the upper arms get scratched with the hard plastic...

Sideshow Toys doesn't advice burning the item cos of the harmful fumes. It should be destroyed with a blunt object. It was fun! Lol!

I destroyed the item after I receive the replacement. It's as per my agreement with Sideshow Toys. A little therapeutic to be honest. For the boots, I'll attach photos of the "textured" skin and the actual rubber boot that was covered with the "textured" skin.

I got my replacement figure. Hence, I had to destroy my faulty MoS. I did my best to destroy it, hammering it for more than 15 minutes. Even cut the rubbery chest and torso with scissors. SST is pleased with the "evidence" that I sent them.

The HT Dynamic stand is slightly smaller. Also, the shape of it is the opposite of the MoS base. Also, the HT dynamic stand's bendy metal rod goes to the pointed side.

For now, in my opinion, Sideshow Toys and Big Bad Toystore are the best place to buy from. They should have the 2nd batch. Customer service is great too and you also earn loyalty points.

Just received my replacement body yesterday. Have checked all the joints and well... the same shoulder, although does not have the same problem as before, still feels a little fragile/loose. It is still not as tight as the other shoulder. It can move as far as I want for now and can hold its...

They got the first batch of figures. They contacted Hot Toys themselves, right? I got the new batch but still had a shoulder issue, not as bad, but the right shoulder doesn't hold its position. Good thing BBTS replaced mine. I hope I get a figure with no prob, still waiting for it to arrive.

Has anyone tried removing the white shirt under her rubber costume? Please tell how it's done.

I'm still waiting for my replacement MoS body. I feel more free playing with my defective MoS cos I know even if it breaks, I'll get the new one. I dread the day that I have to destroy it.
