It could mean that they are trying to make sure the production run sculpts more closely matches the prototype, not that they are retooling the whole sculpt entirely. Either way I don’t mind waiting if it means a good sculpt in the end product. Nothing kills a good figure faster than a poor...

Yeah the stand bugs me, since all of their previous Marvel figures up too their new Wolverine all had a design on the stand. Like you said how hard would it be to print something out, hell even just a generic danger room floor design that you reuse on all your future X-men would be fine.

I am surprised they didn?t include the unmasked sculpt from the first wolverine release. They are already including the body and arms it really wouldn?t be that hard to just include it. I am assuming I will be able to swap it in anyway, we will see when this releases.

I agree with pretty much everything you just said. The only thing I would add is that I wish the straps up top were a little thicker to break up the blu torso a bit and I wish the jacket had a nice x emblem patch on he sleeves. Despite those nitpicks I am definitely jumping on this and hoping...

With companies like Blitzway picking up a lot of older licenses I am surprised this hasn’t yet come up. I wonder if Disney owning the license could be part of the problem.
