Damn, nice WIP shots. I must say this statue is growing on me. But not nearly enough for me to jump in. Was I to pick a LSF I'd go with Maul or IM. Still, this is a good job. I am glad that SS are working on these scales.

I feel pretty much the same way. The Iron Man or Darth Maul statue look fantastic. Pieces this size need a more regal pose.

Theoretically, any type of light (direct/indirect/natural/artificial) offer the risk of degradation. Of course, direct sunlight is quite worse than indirect. If you are concerned - have you installed light dampening blinds on your windows? You could have them down at night or when not home...

I just recently started following this piece and I have ordered it too actually. Straight from SS. I see that it is due to Q1 2012. Has anyone been tracking the status of this item? Has the batch release date been pushed a lot over time or can I somewhat rely on it?
