1:6 Darth Vader 3D Laser Scan & Print Project

I've put these photos together as I have put Tarkin back into his box. There is a very slight difference in size, I prefer the resized version to be honest. The photo shows the different faceplates at the same seam line on the uniform.

1/6 Hot Toys - MMS 279 - Star Wars Episode IV: 1/6th scale Darth Vader

It's a shame that he won't listen or even accept the suggestions. With a little adjustment it is a decent figure.

Bith if the face masks were placed at the middle seam on the tunic shoulder as this is approximately where the edge of the mask would sit, thus giving a more accurate comparison of size and how it will look displayed next to a Hot Toys figure. Any questions, just fire away. We'll do our best to...

I've got some comparison photos for you to see the difference I size between the true scaled 1/6 and the Hot Toys scale. None of the Hot Toys items shown have had their size adjusted in any way.

I don't have an untouched HT helmet, I had started to modify it to look better on the faceplate and added the bottom of the helmet dome slightly but can take a photograph of the two domes if that helps? I'll see what else I have that can be used as a comparison.

1:6 Darth Vader 3D Laser Scan & Print Project

Good to see some really positive comments from you guys, we're currently looking at working out the sizes to print at and hope to have something to show soon for feedback. We are exploring the option to print the face masks slightly hollow so that the eyes etc can be hollowed out. The belt...

It's very difficult to see how they fit. ( This is the Rogue one helmet). From what I can see the lenses have been shaped with a slight overlap and it is possible a small module that fits into a recess to clip in and attach.
