I have the EFX incoming soon, oh my! Is it too heavy I wanted to pose it either hanging on his back or him holding it on his arm, his arm will be down and not posed up. If I feel it is too heavy indeed I'll just put the shield on its display stand next to Cap and keep searching for a HT shield

Ok, what’s up with this:
These are from China, so that could explain a lot.

None of them really do except Concept and IW.

Yeah it might work on the back. It is real nice but so heavy on arm I ended using it in front of the fig, on the stand that comes with it. U have to work with it. But having it in front of a fig is a pretty nice look, and then u can put Cap in some kind of action pose. But I didn't spend a lot of time with it.

Played around with the efx today and it does feel a bit too heavy Will do that, probably display it in front of Cap, as the straps don't don't fit on the arms.

I keep forgetting but was gonna get some small "earth magnets" - super strong - u could try getting some small ones and epoxy to shield/arm with E6000.

It's a real nice shield tho.

Ahh, thank you for the tip, may try that later on

Can't get enough of Cap! I nabbed a loose AoU shield to complete my display The magnetic function is so cool and hassle free. It has a few paint chips but I'll just chalk it up as battle damage I like how it feels, but the EFX does feel a bit nicer albeit heavier. Though if I try to pose the arms up, the shield weighs it back down.

Next to the EFX, the EFX is a bit larger in diameter, both painted well



May have to track down a helmeted sculpt later on, but I'm content with this setup

There are some very talented people out there.

Just bought a Hot Toys Mms281 yesterday for $140 .
It's only my 2nd HT Cap , after getting the concept Cap last month I really wanted a classic red , white & blue version . Think the shield with this version is one of the best .

Hot Toys Age Of Ultron Captain America 1/6 scale figure .
My 2nd Cap figure, this is one great looking figure in my opinion.
My first one the concept version I gotta say has a better looking body but this one isn't fat behind it .
If I get another version what do you think would be the best ?

I had the AoU version but didn't like the body. The kneepads didn't align properly and the legs always looked off to me. I do like the vibrant colors on the outfit though. For my money, Endgame Cap is the best though it's not a terribly high bar (yet):
