Have you tried contacting Por.Toys on IG or one of their socials. I contacted them a couple months ago (around December) and they said they were still available to purchase. The price was too high for me though so I didn't go through with it.
I asked about two things and he straight up ignored my question about the shoes, which I took as them not being available. Did he give you the original price? (120)

shoes arent really that accurate tbh. the wonderworld shoes are better but the glossiness is kinda lame for those shoes but the pattern and swirl is present on the WW shoes. i think the earlier models and versions from por toys had it but somehow that got lost in the later ones. sold mine, i likely wasnt gonna use it anyways
I considered the wonder shoes but they didn't look good to me. I would argue his outfit is the best yet however.

Yes, 120. But, I wouldn't take it that way as they might've just glossed over it. I always try to remember that for many of these custom artists, english isn't their first language and who knows how many DMs they may get asking the same question.

For instance, when I asked if they were still available very politely and gave a compliment to the quality the shoes, I didn't get a "thank you for your interest" or a "yes, they're still available." All I got in response was "120+postage" :lol nothing else.

Some of them are downright rude. Not that I'm wanting to make friends, but I don't like the "get down to business or don't waste my time" kind of attitude. And I'm not talking about por.toys, but others that I've dealt with are that way.

True, but it could also be a cultural thing. I saw a sort of sidewalk interview of ppl from some European city where they said they felt Americans were fake and hated when Americans always say things like "Hello-how are you? How's your day?" etc. The interviewed ppl were like "We're not friends. I don't know you. I'm just here for my coffee/food. Don't ask me how I'm doing."

I try to not take it too personal b/c it just might not be how they operate on their side of the world.

Can you guys make your point and move on please. Jeez.

Does anybody know if the por.toys magnetic shoes are compatible with the Inart body? I'm also looking for a pair if anybody has one to part withView attachment 692392
Best process is to use the whole ankle joint area and ball joint from the InArt shoes with the Por.Toys shoes. Have to destroy the InArt set to do this (I picked up a spare InArt set for maybe $30), but you end up with a tight fitting connection like the InArt has. I like the Por shoes but probably would have skipped the magnet option.

I've been told there's a 5.0 shoes in the works

Out of curiosity (sorry if this comes up a bunch) how's the rooted hair holding up at this point, for those who received that version?
I got sculpt version, but tempted to go for rooted Paul Atreides, but concerns over the hair keeping shape and flatness over time.

Mine is still perfectly fine on both sculpts. He’s been displayed since release. Still has the same shape.

I’m very careful handling his hair whenever I pose him though. The biggest thing I’d be concerned about is the panel on the back of his head you have to remove to move his eyes around - his hair often gets caught under it.

The shipping ruins it on many of these small items. Something seems like a great deal ($60 shoes) until you find out the shipping is another $60. Meanwhile we all get tracked items from China off eBay that are the same size for under $10 total.
