I just recently put together a room to display my things so I'm open to any suggestions when it comes to lighting & display, etc. Again, not good lighting, but this will be my set up.

Was it easy to source these outfits and bodies? If so, what and where?

I feel like it’s such a waste not to use the extra sculpt for a 2nd Cobain.
Hi
The bodies are V1N's from ebay - the head doesn't fit the ball joint perfectly though so be careful with that. I haven't used it for standing poses yet either so can't really recommend it yet. If anyone knows of a better body let me know :)

The printed tshirts come from DollzWithLove on etsy. Reasonably priced and I'm very happy with them so far. Dijana is very friendly and helpful too.

The other clothes mostly come from ebay - just find the closest to what you want - you have to be a bit creative and be prepared to customize.

I know it probably doesn't need to be said, but just careful with the strings. They are hella delicate.
Hey, I had this same thing happen with mine. I was going to post about it to see if anyone else had experienced the same. I don't know what snagged the strings - it could have been the hand on the neck, although made sure not to have the fingers actually contacting the strings, or something could have merely touched the strings - but I do suspect this just happened on its own. The weird thing is the strings are not broken, but oddly stretched with a lot of slack, as if they expanded from heat. They're almost50 longer than their original length, with no tension left.

I looked at fixing the problem, because it shouldn't be impossible to remedy, right? Sadly, I can't figure out how the strings are connected. There's so much slack but I can't make out how the strings are inserted into the pegs. Even with a magnifying glass I can't see how it's done. I think the strings are inserted in and through the neck, rather than wound. I thought I could use tweezers to slip them back in, but they're so fine and delicate and I can't get a sense of where how the holes in the pegs work. I just don't understand why there's so much stretch and slack on the strings. If they had simply broken it would make more sense. I'm thinking of cutting them and gluing them to the tuning pegs, but that could turn into a gnarly mess of customizing. Maybe better to leave them as they are or just take them all off and live with the visual illusion.

Thanks for the source of those clothes. They're fantastic. And I see you replicated multiple photos of Kurt to reproduce these. Well done!

I did the same thing you did. I'm not positive how they initially attached them and toyed with the idea of cutting/replacing and possibly fixing the fret markers, but nah. I'm leaving them be for now.

However, I would like to get a decal to replace the "Bender" logo. If anyone can help me out I'll buy one from you.

Would a HT Luke Skywalker body be good for Kurt or is it too small?
I don't have one at hand so I can't really say... theoretically yes but the blitzway bodies are one the bigger side so I don't know how well proportioned it would work out. My main worry is the compatibility with the head sculpt joint.

Thanks very much - I'm about to do Reading 91 and Paramount versions too :)
