I was happy with my deluxe until I found out theres a jokor supreme pack from inart

I have a Deluxe pack I'll sell that was only opened for inspection to make sure there was no blue tac behind in the head. I ordered a second set because I was afraid TW was never going to ship my order. TW ended up showing up first and the other order from One Sixth Outfitters showed up about a month or so after.

I'll sell it for about $1000 locally if someone lives on Long Island and wants to meet up/pick up.

Now, Joker dressed up as a member of The Supremes is one Supreme Edition I would go for.

Don’t mean to derail the thread but, I need you guys thoughts on this.
I sold my prison cell set off on eBay on auction, my postage cost was £25 on the listing. I sent it next day delivery the day the guy paid & he got it the following day, the guys received it & has now opened up a dispute because the shipping postage shows it cost £15 from the post office.
But I stated the postage as £25 on the listing. So they were aware.
Also I remember why I don’t sell on eBay…..

When the seller predetermines the postage, it’s usually factoring not only the cost of the actual postage but also packaging, time and effort to get it shipped etc.

Bottom line, the seller agreed to the shipping cost before purchasing. They don’t really have a leg to stand on here.

Left out the best bit, after I explained the reason behind the postage-I’m 40miles round trip from the nearest post office-& said I wouldn’t be refunding them the postage they opened a dispute claiming it hasn’t arrived. Even though tracking shows it has but still eBay has put a hold on the sale amount

Well that sucks. I'd get somebody from ebay on the phone and point out the conversation as proof that the buyer received it as he knew the postage amount on the package. Also, what is the username if you don't mind letting us know. This buyer needs to be blocked.

Definitely send them screenshots of everything and blow them up with information. The username definitely needs to be blasted to block. Do they have much feedback? The postage is clearly stated but it also includes handling costs, like you said for the time and money spent to take to post office and also packaging. People shouldn't even be able to complain about shipping. If you don't like the total shipping, then don't buy it.

What a bunch of freaks u are! Thanks for the advice boys. After seeing your messages I immediately got on live chat with a ebay rep.
What can I say-it was easier than expected-did exactly what you said.
They actually went through the messages themselves & got the proof they needed & it was resolved in 10mins.
Fighting the urge to message the doosh but taking the higher ground.

Thats what I was thinking. How can he dispute for the shipping if he is saying he didnt even receive it. This guy is not very smart for a scammer

This is the message I received when I messaged the “buyer” asking why they had opened a dispute today about it not being delivered when tracking clearly had shown it had.

I'm happy that it worked out for you these things dont always go so easy. Some people they just dont respond to logic

Dam that name is someone I dealt with I sold him a threezero eleven and he took the arm off and tried to file a claim saying it was broken.

The guy must just go about on ebay trying to bump genuine sellers.
Get him on the blocked list.

Happy to see they got this resolved quickly in your favor. Ebay has a lot they need to work on to not make it so challenging to sell instead of just increasing their percentage cut every year.

You can't even leave these people negative feedback. I understand they don't want retaliation feedback, but the option should get activated after certain circumstances. I had someone put a best offer on two listings. I accepted them and then they never paid. Why on earth can I not give them negative feedback?? This put both listings out for about 2 weeks while I had to wait for the process to play out.

Glad you got it squared away @creasy and thanks for letting us know who it is. I’ll put them on my block list

Eh, it’s just part of something you have to deal with when selling stuff on eBay. I’ve been selling a lot of my collection (about 100 pieces so far) on Mercari and eBay since early spring and have only had 2 instances where I’ve blocked ppl. It was for non paying buyers after they won an auction. The sucky part is, you can’t leave them negative feedback for not paying anymore like you could in the old days (at least I couldn’t). All I could do is cancel the order and relist it without any repercussions to my seller profile.

When it comes to postage, I never put the cost of the postage fee on the label. That might be b/c I print my labels at home and have that option to show the shipping cost or not. I also get a seller discount by purchasing the labels through eBay’s system, so what I pay for the postage is always less than what the buyer actually pays. It’s all part of eBay’s system though so I’m not cheating anyone. I also document my items with a video before I box them up and ship them, so I have proof of an item’s condition in the event a buyer tries to open a case against me.
