thanks man, I'll give those a go! Kylo's lightsaber was also bent in the box, so I had to heat the plastic and straighten that out too! Rey has some lose joint and paint chipping issues, overall the best figure was BB-8, the only one without fault! I'm hoping they really crack down on quality...

my Kylo, Rey & Stormtrooper arrived today, I'm having quite a few issues especially with Kylo, his ankle and hip joints particularly on the right leg are so lose he literally can't stand up with or without his stand :/ does anyone have any advise what I can do?

Yeah I'd head that it was on display, just not allowed to be photographed, that's what I meant about the security, because they actually managed to enforce that rule!
