Especially considering how saturated the market is with Jabba stuff at this point, certainly doesn't make sense.

I agree that there are better choices, but I still like the piece for what it is. Maul was hugely popular, and still is, and there are die hard fans of him just drooling over this piece. Each EU character really has their own niche.
