Going by both, the movie and the cartoon versions his whole cape is purple inside and out, so my opinion is to keep it that way. Now if you really want to do the insides another color I would go with an even darker purple :D

Yea your right, but color bandanas is way easier to pull-off than completely changing an outfit. Just look at the differences between the original shredder and the toon one. its not like they can slap on a purple cape on this guy and expect everyone to believe its ok lol

Yea im thinking that would be the EX. Shredder never wore a cape in the comics so it would be kinda weird to have this one with a cape :/ especially if its a purple one lol

Yea but sense they did the turtles EX bandanas the colors of the old toon, I would figure they would throw in something similar for shredder. The only thing I thought of was the cape, or maybe it doesnt have to be purple but just a cape itself.
