Does a refund include the shipping costs the customer paid? Unfortunately if you are outside the US it's not that easy because you need to get back the paid customs/tax.

No way they are checking these. That's just a lame excuse if you ask me.

I really tought about getting one of these but with seeing all these pictures i guess i better pass on that piece. (Would cost me about 2600$ in total with shipping and tax/customs included) I heared / was hopeing that prime 1 has a way better QC than most other companys. (Sideshow for example)...

In the picture it looks really noticeable.

I would definitely not accepting something like this on a 2000+ $ piece. But if you are okay with that it's your choice.

I would definitely contact them again and ask for another replacement. Since Prime 1 seems to have a better QC and overall a better quality the chances are high that you receive a better/flawless one next time.

It's simple they definitely didn't checked it. Exactly the same happened with my Red Sonja shedevil statue. First one had some small flaws and the second (checked) one was even worse. Then they told me that they checked a few of their replacement pieces and unfortunately they are all having...

Let's hope it's true. I'm definitely waiting for the first in hand pic's before I place my order.

I would ask for another replacement. Unfortunately If you ordered from sideshow I'm sure they gonna offer you now a sideshow credit...

But that should not be the case when we paying that much for an collectible.
