Obvious differences:
Boot design. Buckles nothing like the film props
Elbow pads and knee pads incorrect color
Utility belt does not posess all film accurate accesories
Also believe the ammo clip design is not quite accurate.
Neck harness is close but different.
Fabric of pants. Film was suede...
Let's consider this:
Marvel comics does nothing to arrest the production of the Punisher figures. Yet somehow armored cop may be shut down? Really? I get the need to protect intellectual properties but if Marvel let it slide then... I'm just being hopeful I suppose.
Paulcarson, wasn't on the list. Just found out recently. Sent the cash for the Dredd head sculpt. CAN'T wait to do one up though. Especially as it is likely my last 1/6 fig. Lack of time sadly.
Will the vest armor and shoulder pads be avail for purchase? Also need the Lawgiver as well. Ooooh yeah. Finally a Dredd we can love without a cheep Stalone "I am the Law"
Would like to see the Antichrist make an appearance. Say as a kid or teen. Do the bros kill him? If you could knock off Hitler as a kid? Moral dilemma.
There's a wealth of Biblical stuff to tap into. Or, do they go back to the urban legend roots?
Be nice to see Dean reconnect with his...
Re: WGP's SUPERNATURAL 2012- Mischa, Jim, and Jared at printers!
Thanks. New painting techniques. I think posing the fig to capture the character helps. Has to look natural, not posed.
I look forward to working on WGP's beautiful sculpts. I have some ideas for Bobby and Castiel especially...
Re: WGP's SUPERNATURAL 2012- Mischa, Jim, and Jared at printers!
Can't wait...
This guy NEEDS his partners. Sam and Bobby are already dressed and ready to rock. Except they look like Leviathan, you know, missing heads and all.
Ok, how many damn times do we need a season finale ending with someone in Heaven, Hell, now Purgatory. Enough! Try something new. Sweet Jebuz! I'd have rather seen the bros. both arrested. The door slams behind them, roll credits.
Re: WGP's Doctor Who (Second revision S18 Tom Baker head pic)
Honestly, I wasn't much of a fan of the 18 look, BUT, that Tom sculpt is perfect. I'm sooooooo doing one up. Rick. That is just pain rockin
I've had this happen on some I've bought. The resin wasn't mixed completely. Try putting some epoxy putty or super glue on the offending area. It will cover the spot, then after a bit of sanding, will be ready to accept primer.
Russ, life extends beyond the hobby. I for one don't mind waiting for the Who stuff. I love your style and super clean casting. So much fun to paint. Ever consider casting in flesh col. Resin?
