Just got a $80 off coupon from SS for this figure and decided to bite. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep the order but he's a nice figure.

Received my figure and I like it. Sadly, the head was separate when I opened the box. It's not fitting on easily. I'll have to contact BBTS about it.

I did acknowledge in my post that SS has had people mention that they received PFs they believed to have been returned by other customers but I haven't heard about it with HT figures. Their statues are the merch that they create and have more of an incentive to get rid of it anyway possible...

I agree with you. It would be more of a logistical nightmare for SS to send out damaged figures, knowing that people would have the chance to ask for a replacement or refund. I know they might have done that with some of the PFs that they created but not sure about Hot Toys products. My...
