The slightly wider nose doesn't ruin the figure for me, but I would
have preferred the figure to look exactly like the first one.

I've got figures in my 1/6 scale collection that are off in one way or
another, and don't look anywhere near as good as IW Dr. Strange ..

Anyone else remember 1/6 POA Hermione Granger? The prototype
looked pretty good... but then, the finished product looked nothing
like Hermione... and I wasn't the only one who thought this...I canceled
that PO... not gonna cancel this one...

I think the sculpt still looks fantastic. The change is minimal to me.

Yeah I agree it's not a dealbreaker, and it's also not the kind of thing that "uglifies" him or throws off the likeness too much like the large nose on JL WW does. Given how great the rest of the figure looks with the outfit and accessories, I'll definitely be keeping my preorder.

The difference in the nose from prototype to production is really quite small. If you're scrutinizing to that degree, the changes to hair color and the cheeks are more significant (and equally not problematic).

Yeah agree on the cheeks too; it's like his head is not shaped like a human's head. Cumberbatch's head (looking at the photo previously posted is pretty rectangular and the proto captured that closer.

These photos are blown up so it exaggerates tiny details that will not be noticeable in hand, these are like millimeters differences.

If it was a resin casting you could easily reshape the nose (as I did once before with a Jnix Indy head), but I don't see that being possible with these HT heads. They're just way too tough and you'd probably just end up shredding the plastic and making the situation even worse.

Hopefully the large nose will just be one of those things that's either not as noticeable in hand, or something you kinda get used to after awhile.

For all the grief everyone gave me about my complaints regarding another certain bulbous nose release, you guys are definitely overreacting to the Strange 2.0 sculpt. It's as if you guys are purposely trying to find something to complain about...and that's coming from ME!

Just finished looking through 90-something blogger photos on HT FB page and couldn’t find one pose that really “got me”. Definitely some good ones there and I did base my DS pose on a picture I saw posted but I have NO idea how I’m going to work through this second release. I think this might be a case of (don’t kill me for say it) too many accessories for 1 figure.

For me I looked through the FB pics first and was blown away how good he looked.

Then coming here I find the whole nose issue. To be honest the nose only becomes an issue when the comparison is made to the proto side by side.

In reality that should only be an issue for Howard who has both [emoji12]

I feel like if the final piece was shown as the prototype, and then the final figure had a thinner nose, then we would still get complaints the nose is too thin.
