Any suggestions on how to lower the neck/head yet? I'm planning to add padding to his entire body to bulk him up. But I'm puzzled on what to do with the head sitting g so high.

I just pushed some foam under the shoulder straps to give him traps. That instantly made the head sit lower. I plan on disrobing him and bulking him too. Maybe even replace his chainmail. Fun fun
Is there a plug inside the head that can be removed and shaved down?
I'd also like to replace the chainmail -- but how do you get the belt contraption off Gimli without breaking glue?
well i took this man apart lol i havent replaced the chainmail on the skirt yet. but i slid it under to see what it would look like.

Absolutely love the rooted hair on the face sculpt. The braiding is beautiful and really takes the realism up a knotch! So glad they went this route and not a sculpted beard!
Yea I get why some are gonna mod him, but he looks great out of the box in most pictures. I’ll just leave as is. Can’t wait to finally finish off the Fellowship.

It's great to finally complete the Fellowship of the Ring in my 1/6th scale collection. The movies are some of my favourites of all time, and Asmus Toys has done them justice in this series. Gimli has been a fantastic way for them to complete the core cast!

Congratulations on completing the Fellowship! They look fantastic together. Asmus has done an amazing job on these, especially when you take into account them improving on their first versions(looking forward to Gandalf 2.0 personally, since I missed the first one).
