I think your point is fair and I share your views 100%.

Hot Toys pull the old ‘you need to buy both sets to make the figure you want’ quite often. I get why they do it, it’s just annoying that you have to fork out twice to make one figure.

But you get two figures - venom and big boss. And bloody good versions as well. It's been almost 5 years since there was a commercial 1/6 MGS figure released. It's great to have someone who makes high quality products and genuinely likes the mgs series.

Like I said, I get it, I just don’t want want two figures.

But hey, if it means Jack can go on to make more MGS figures then great. I just hope it isn’t the same deal for MGS2 Snake etc...

I like the biker suit more so I made it.I know some folks don’t like the way I sell them,but you could get what you want and sell what you dislike right?I am a fan and I make things that I want,and to be honest I like the sneaking suit more than the Tiger stripe,I merely wear that outfit in the game.

And for MGS2 I will have the sneaking suit as the main one and Plissken as additional.

Thanks for speaking for me cqc.some folks from other bbs calls my name because I didn’t sell figures the way they want.And they didn’t buy the disguiser because they thought it’s crap,so they put all the companies on me.

It's sucks for me that the biker version is the main one but it is what it is. In not going to come on here every day to complain about it. The figure is still the absolute best 1/6 MGS figure made that's not a custom. Just because it's not what I prefer doesn't change the obvious quality of the release.

Just wanted to post my appreciation of FireclawJack's Ismael figure. I received mine a few days ago and I'm very impressed with the headsculpt. The only (minor) issues I have are that I think the head is a little too small and the body is a bit too tall. Perhaps the head shrunk during mass production? Also, the gun is a little loose in the hand but other than that the attention to detail is suberb.

FireclawJack, are there any plans to release more additional packs? I would quite like a peacewalker jungle fatigues/olive drab outfit set or the peacewalker/ ground zeroes sneeking suit.

As for future non-MGS figures, any chance you could make an Uncharted 4 nathan drake figure? I think that would be a popular one.

My friend is making Drake figure,will release soon.I made the prototype bigger and the final product head sculpt is at normal size,you can compare to other hot toys sculpts.

Any chance of a MGS2 Tuxedo Snake as well? It’s just the Pliskin head without the headset and a tux.
