I guess she does put the head dress on without the black makeup and she does look fine I guess, but she looks so much more menacing with the black makeup around her eyes.

YEP, after that trailer I definitely need a Hela figure!!!

That said, what this figure needs is a bit of a rework:
She definitely needs a longer neck.
Hot Toys also needs to add the dark green velvet cape and the green lines on her costume also need to be a darker more hunter green.
And while I'm talking about the costume, is it just me or does it look a little cheap when compared to the other figures??
I also think it would be quite nice if they gave you the two larger horns for her headdress with an option of slotting them in or not, (or attachable with magnets) for multiple poses.
And a couple more accessories would be kinda nice. Shattered (and non shattered) Mjolnir seems to be an obvious one despite not seeing the movie.

All that said, i'm really excited about this character and this figure. This would be an instant pre-order for me.

It is a prototype so i'm sure if it's made HT will change a few things. They revealed a lot so i think maybe they cut some corners just to get all of these figures to the show.

Trailer sealed it. I'm definitely getting her. It's funny, I never thought i'd be getting anything from Thor Ragnorak but everything I've been seeing from the film itself and the merch has been knocking me out. I'm probably gonna skip the gladiator Hulk figure but only because of expense. I'm even considering getting one or both Thor varients. Hela and Valkyrie I'm definitely getting.

She seems to have the heavy eye area when she throws that sword in the air fighting those people on flying horses.

The Green on the screen used costume is made of a transparent, multilayered material with a slight iridescent sheen. Headpiece is iridescent dark green. I wonder if her hair morphs into it?

The hot toys outfit looks really cheap imo, not sure what it is.

They almost look CG, but there's a practical version on display right now. She also appears to have 2 costumes, a darker I've where she breaks Thor's hammer, and the green one. Maybe the green one comes into play with the headdress when she does that yellow magic thing from the trailer

interesting figure. Not my cup of tea but very good likeness from what I've seen on the trailers. I think a dark world Malekith would have been a better villain choice to make a figure of and ofcourse the cursed!!!

Though often regarded as the least memorable MCU villain, I would have bought Malekith in an instant. I could see the character design translating well into a figure.

Dark Elf soldiers would have been cool too.

Preordering Gladiator Hulk tomorrow and will pick up Gladiator Thor when it hits. I really hope Hela and Valkyrie get solicited and don't end up vanishing.
