I think it's highly unlikely they have forwarded anything to a legal team/at the most it would be a debt collecting agency and given uk law they are at no right to expect you to pay for something you have been given no prior notice off.
They never informed me off any outstanding payments & with delivering it to me & me signing for it without it being put to me in written notice that there is a forthcoming bill you are free from any legal obligations to pay.
That's uk law gents.
At the very worst they could never send to me again but that's it.

If UPS handles sideshow, I might as well do this myself.

What I would have thought is, you were lucky. It's not guaranteed you get hit everytime. It's a randomised system in place

Yeah that's what I thought and I would have no problem paying for it if done in the correct way
ie being notified of an outstanding customs bill & sent a invoice for that.
But delivering the package & then with no prior notice they are at no right to ask me for anymore money.
The have no legal standpoint on it either.
You can't get something delivered to you and then get a bill out of nowhere requesting you to pay extra for the item you already received-that's on them.

That would really piss me off.

This is why I have it held at a UPS center and pick it up myself. Those drivers are so ****ing lazy, and if I have to sign for a package on a workday, why would you expect me to be home at 2 in the afternoon. .. you're not home UPS driver, you're at work. why would you expect any less of me? /rant

After the first attempt, I went UPS online to switch delivery to a local ups store that's 1/2 mile away. That's when I found out that they would charge an extra $6 to do so. I was going to pick it up and they were gonna charge me extra!! I've had dozens of deliveries by UPS throughout the years, it's the first ludicrous experience I have ever had with them.

Hey Libby, thanks for this. Seems pretty promising. Is the skin texture as soft as it seems in pictures, comparative to HT? I'd like it to look bang up next to the Bat suit and not detract from it. I definitely will say the hair needs a darker black paint job, which I could easily do. I actually have a costume picked out and would be able to put this guy together pretty quick. When you (if you have it?) Get your Batman in, I would love to see a picture of this headsculpt next to the cowl.

On that note, out of curiosity; would anyone interested in going in halvsies with me? I don't want the grinning sculpt, just the serious one, and would be willing to split the order down the middle.

Just received mine. Sometimes you see a picture of something, buy it and end up being a bit underwhelmed when you open it up. This is the exact opposite. The pictures do not do this piece justice at all. Beast of a figure. Couldn't be happier,

Got this guy yesterday and really love him. The cape leaves much to be desired but the rest of the figure is fantastic. He could definitely use a bit more definition in the legs especially compared to the top half of him but the texture on the suit and the overall presentation is really striking.

the tech cowl only comes with the batmen who were ordered as the "2-pack" batman, they got their supermens already. though now that I think of it someone posted here that sideshow ran out of the sniper version so he got the tech cowl version with sniper rifle instead, so it may be a complete toss up
