I don't think we'll get a second either. I don't expect them to keep changing his look too much more and it's not even a given we'll get the other defenders(or even the Punisher who we haven't seen a prototype of yet). Anyone who wants this, should get it. He's on my list of things to order/get, i'm just trying to pay down some others first before I commit to him. I just ordered Civil War Falcon so that's another I gotta pay down first.

Yeah, I've waited a long time to see a Daredevil from the show made, there's no way I'm waiting on the off chance they make another one. If the first Marvel TV figure doesn't sell, then they won't think there's any money to be made from making TV figures.

Maybe they were supposed to time it with the release of the first season on Blu-Ray? Maybe we'll see this up again on or around Nov. 8th?

It's already available in Europe, so unless they're trying to coincide with the Asian or US release (which I don't know what that might be for the former, assuming the latter is what you stated), I'm not so sure. After all you can just watch it on Netflix any time.

Dont see the point of getting it in blu ray if no additional feature content is in there. Unless u collect marvel memoribilia/physical copies etc.

Which is exactly why I imported this guy from the UK. Excuse the lights, I wanted to highlight the embossing and spot gloss finish on the steelbook. But you are correct, for the majority, most won't buy it due to its availability digitally. And as you said, no bonus content. That being said, the importance of a physical release is so it can be accessed in regions that Netflix isn't available, China of which is a big factor. Unless they have been able to get streaming rights for it recently.

Well the good news is that this is a region free set. So you'll be set in that regard. Only thing I recommend is to stick with someone you know will ship it well. It's absolutely gutting to get a crushed steel, and resellers on Amazon are a pain to deal with. I'm fairly certain Amazon.de proper should ship there?

Butte Schön! [emoji6] You won't regret it! It's a nice steel that's much more attractive in person than the stock photos make it seem. International steels have more elaborate finishes than US ones, so I import a good few of mine.

Yeah you should be good haha. I have German family so I knew my way around it well enough, but relied more on "that's the yellow button I know" as well lol.

Buying from Amazon.de is a very safe bet, they pack well. Packaging should be your biggest concern when ordering steels because of how susceptible to dents they are. So always base your retailer you order from off that. This set is region free, as are many of the international Marvel releases. I would suggest try the blu-ray.com forums, as they have a dedicated steelbook section and, if you use the Tapatalk app to browse SSF on your phone, you can just add the Blu ray forums to that as well.

Looks like Amazon is taking pre orders for season 1 on blu ray for $30 and is scheduled to release in the US on Nov 8th.

Did the figure come out for pre-order already? I tried the link on the top of this site and it didn't work, then I tried searching on the archives and on the SSC page and couldn't find it.
