I can't say I'm happy with the reg bats at this point. Have the exclusive on order. Thinking I would have done just as well with the regular batman from mezco

I'm a new collector, and I often hold my tongue because people are irrational about their comments. They want more articulation, then they want a buffer batman. There are limitations and right now nobody does it better than HT. It is tiring reading the nitpicks because most are not justified or just so minor it's an effort just to get through reading all of the responses.

Regardless if it's with the collectibles, films or comic books, collectors/comic book fans/superhero fans (however you want to refer to them) have to be one of the most finnicky groups I've observed. It seems nothing is ever good enough for their satisfaction by saying they want one thing, but then find something else to complain about when they get that thing. Sort of like a "want their cake and eat it too" mentality. Sometimes, a lot of people are so negative and critical about everything that it makes me wonder what it is they DO actually like.

I mean I can understand just simply not liking something because it doesn't appeal to you for whatever reason. No harm, no foul. However, it does seem like to me people sometimes go out of their way to try and find something wrong with things. As if they want to find something wrong with it.

What don't you like about it? I was considering getting the exclusive from sideshow, right now I have the mezco regular preordered. How much does sideshow charge for shipping within the U.S.?

I preordered this figure, cancelled it when I was going crazy with Star Wars figures and ate the NRD. I just re-preordered the figure again using all my rewards points (Almost $60). The thought of him questioning and beating around Letos Straight-Jacket Joker on the top shelf of the Detolf was too much to resist. Might be my favorite shelf.

Yeah he makes some of the more obscure but big fan and cult favorites, like Jack Torrence from The Shining, the Butcher from Gangs of New York, and Dracula from Coppola's adaptation. I love his Exorcist run he did, but talk about expensive. His runs are really limited, and often cost $2000+. Folks re-selling them are still struggling to sell them from a couple of years ago. Lol.

Ok. I see. Yeah...limited stuff drive prices up for sure. Just google some of the stuff and it looks really good. Hard to sell limited figure especially at high price. Stuff like this is more like window shopping for me. lol :duff

So with that mentality, everything is always perfect and beautiful and we must never speak ill of everything that is always perfect and beautiful. That's the motuxmen effect man...you never go full motux

He's big enough for me compared to HT Keaton Bats or HT Bale bats..how much more do you guys want :dunno

:exactly:

He's even larger in height and width than the BvS Superman figure, as it should be. As long as that's the case, that's fine with me. I'm not sure why it has to be even larger.

Great pose but the gap at the top of his left boot is killing me - why can't HT get the little things right? [emoji37]

I also wish the suit was a lighter grey. It was in film and the bat symbol on chest popped more

No...

To put it more succinctly, it seems people like to focus more on negatives than positives, for whatever reason. Regardless if it's the case or not, it often seems like people try to find something wrong with something out of wanting to, possibly for the sake of giving themselves something to complain about. As I said, it just makes me wonder what it is they actually do consider "good" if nothing seems to be good enough for them.

For instance, Armored Batman. The figure itself looks awesome so instead, people actually started to focus on the package of the figure and gripe about how they didn't like the packaging as opposed to how great the figure looks. Another one, Knightmare Batman. Turned out great. However, someone posted a picture of him with the coat off just for purposes of showing the mechanics of the figure underneath the coat and people started to complain that they didn't like the way the figure looked with the coat off, even though I'm certain none of those people are going to be displaying him with the coat off, anyway.
