yeah the pants could be baggier.it may be pretty hard to find some kind of ''casual'' pants 1/12 scale which would suit this better IMO.i wonder what buyers who have this now released think of it.i'll keep an eye on storms upcoming 1/6 figure.(i'd like 5 movie figures in 1/4 scale)but cant see that happening.)

At this scale, it has pretty good likeness. Easily recognizable as Bruce; likeness could be improved.

The body is bit too bulky for Bruce though. Needs to be slimmer. And the crooked abs look weird.

pass.likeness off and as said too bulky for bruce.he was at his lightest/thinnest in this scene(the last filmed for ETD)

Head sculpt is off and body is much too thick.

sort the head/body issues.make it 1/6 or better still 1/4 scale and i'd add this to my collection instantly.always wanted a seamless boxer bruce.as is it looks like the round 5 figure.

Hey guys, Arnie Kim has just released a statement on his Facebook account in which he strongly suspect that Storm Collectibles have used the head sculpt he created to make the new Bruce Lee (no. 2) figure which he has not been involved in making.

Looks like storm collectibles modified the existing headsculpt and use it for no. 2.

Shame really. Guess after this fiasco (if there's no proper ending to it) we wouldn't be seeing any 1/6 bruce again for a while.

The message isn't appearing, but I just saw it reposted on OSK's Facebook:

It's not my thing nor my scale, but it was the top left photo that caught my attention:

After watching the British Grand Prix yesterday my first thought was, "Red Bull Gives You Wings."

which one is arnie's??

one on the left.the ETD head looks like a reworking of it,either way it should be way thinner.but arnie is most definatly not happy.

Seems like the top left corner of the photo is the initial Storm's prototype as seen way before Arnie joined:

Then the immediate right was the improved proto by Arnie which was used as the base for the production version at the bottom left.

The bottom right seems to have the same headsculpt base with some changes to the lips and eyes expression, may not be 100% copy from Arnie's proto but it does feel awfully similar to Arnie's prototype.

That is what Arnie thinks too, and he feels betrayed and used. As you can see in the upper left picture of the too muscular pre-production version they released pictures of isn't what they have now claimed to been built before Arnie came aboard.

Arnie is gutted that this has happened again when he put trust in people and they screw him over with making copies of his work. For Arnie it has never been about the money, but to honor Bruce Lee and to contribute with his integrity in place - and when he is being used and exploited like this then it is a natural reaction to become very upset.

agreed mate.it seems to happen every time for arnie.it's a shame he couldn't make massed produced figures/statues from his own company.a 1/6 or bigger bruce with mma gear with a seamless body was a massive wish for me.lets hope some company will take arnie on board and give him what he needs/wants....shame on storm.

Looks like there won't be a 1/6 now. At least not one by Arnie Kim.

Unless he has done it already and they will unveil it soon.

Storms answer to Kim

Regarding to a FB post by our first and only hired freelance sculptor Arnie Kim, who worked on Bruce Lee - The Marital Artist series no.1, he claimed that his work style has been used on our Series no.2. What Mr. Kim have claimed is completely based on his own personal opinion and thought with no official evidences at all! Also is seriously trying to damage our company and our sculpting artists reputation that we will not be tolerated!

Storm Collectibles solemnly declare that the Bruce Lee Series no.2 head sculpt was 100% designed and sculpted by Storm's team and with not interest at all to take a bit of work from Mr. Kim. Moreover, for the Series no.1, due to the prototype that Mr. Kim handover did not matched with our production process, therefore we decided to sculpt our the next Series.

We are a company have started and always have been aiming at the highest standard on creating the most authentic head sculpt by our respected sculptors/ artists whom made all of our previous projects 100% by hands, including Bruce Lee Series no. 2 from head to toes.

I don't think the new one is Arnie Kim's just because ...well, its not very good.
If its his, its probably the worst one he's ever done.

The "Bruce Lee No. 2" is not done by Arnie Kim. Arnie claims they have made a copy of his heads sculpt of "Bruce Lee No. 1" - which the CEO of Storm Collectibles has claimed (privately to Arnie) they have had this head cast of "Bruce Lee No. 2" before they met Arnie.
