Yeah i wouldn't sell it because shipping would be a nightmare. If I tire of it I'll just store it.

That, and I imagine trying to repack and ship this thing would be an expensive pain.

People still lost money with The 89 Batmobile because they realized they didn't have the space, or that bills have the tendency of not liking to wait. Some even can't get rid of it as of this moment, don't let the hype make you do things you'll regret. This will be sold by those same individuals living in a one bedroom studio when they realize they can't afford it. Get it then.

I've seen it many times.

I got an '89 batmobile for £550 minus the inner box when some guy had no space to display his. Now I have it and I may have to redesign my mancave just to fit it in so I know what you mean. I actually don't know where I'm going to display hulkbuster yet either! (I know its a good problem to have though)

The box will be massive. But I doubt they get to much more in stock them the amount of PO they have. And even if/when it goes on sale there won't be many offered at a discount. Just consider that even though igor was large, he's smaller them prime and 1/4 43 and the deluxe hulk box...and price wise onlyb45% of what hulkbuster will cost. A 30% discount on the HB will be like 250 bucks off. That's a lot to eat to clear space.

The HOA x 7 box was masive. But it could be breakdown to 7 diffrent boxes. I just recieved my delorean and the box is masive. I cant imagine how big hb box will be.

Lots of reasonable thoughts on resale. Guess thats why for something with this price tag buying it because you actually want it would seem the best course. The aftermarket aint what it was say in '08 or '09 or '10.

Ordered this a year ago from a Japanese seller, and sadly Japan Post couldn't mail this out as it surpasses the max dimensions allowed.
Hoping they keep the box size and weight within the post's office limits on this. Otherwise i'd be tempted to go to Asia myself to and hug one back :rotfl

Well if another hot toys item was to big then this will be. This will be the biggest item by a fair margin. And biggest box.

Confused by some comments...

like some people saying they are glad they didn't pre order and pop down $900 for this and spent that elsewhere. i.e. they might buy it later when it is released.

I mean, that $900 would of earned jack all interest in the bank anyway, and secondly if you are that desperate for cash that $900 is a big deal, figure collecting might not be a good choice of a hobby...

I mean, I only paid the deposit, so I am sweet. As for the flexiplans, never interested me. I don't need Sideshow to manage my money for me. If i wanted to put money aside for figures it is pretty easy to do so.

Anyway, sad to see those cancel just over a few months of delay. Doesn't concern me. Happy to wait, even if it gets delayed again, still happy to wait. Doesn't bother me at all.

Generally surprised by the reactions of some.

Either they are overreacting or they have found something new to buy. :dunno

It depends on what kind of a collector you are.

I consider myself to be a "conscious collector"
Currently I have NOTHING from HT I want, therefor I don´t buy something.

Now if if would happen that T1 Kyle Reese would be announced, that would be a no brainer, but for now I tend to 1 one of mine and my current fav franchise:
Transformers.

Still so much to get and often less expensive than HT.

No cancellation here...I paid the NRD and will pay the rest when released. I'm waiting till I have it in-hand before I decide how to display it; I'm just hoping it's not a glorified statue and can be posed to some degree.

Well you never know if those who commented that they cancelled might not have ordered at all, and it's just cool to say they cancelled something this expensive because of a delay.

Why would someone say they cancelled something they never oredered? And what's wrong with a person cancelling a figure because of a 9 month delay? It's their money and choice to do so. You kept your order? Fantastic!! I for one did cancel mine because I wanted to use the money on another figure(s) right now. And honestly this delay works out great for me because now I'll have about half of it paid in reward points and close to a year to pay the difference.

Relax :lol my post isn't directing at anyone, there are plenty of trolls here that are jumping at the bandwagon whenever something bad happens.

I'm a completist, and it kills to miss out on this. I don't mind the delay which I seriously hope they'll fix any issue it'll have.

You're happy, I'm happy. Whatever right? :lol

:rotfl:lol yes, I'm always happy! I'm sorry if I came off in a mean way, just seems to be alot of "shade"thrown at the ones who decided not to keep their orders. Im just going to reorder it. I wanted the mark 45 and NA scarlet witch but I didn't have the funds to buy atm and now I do. I collect mainly Iron man armors, so I'm just trying to keep up lol.. kinda glad they are not rushing this. I'm sure those who cancelled will eventually jump back on the Hulkbuster train.
