Well, I don't really know the guy, but I bought a Empty Hot Toys Stormtrooper box ( Yes I KNEW it was Empty) and a bunch of Hot Toys stormtrooper parts from him in March and had no issue at all. The items were shipped real quick.

ok I'll make this short and sweet.I held boba fett for a week because fall guy didn't have the money to pay right away and asked if I could hold it for him and I did.A week came and I sent him a invoice and he paid that night..he also asked if I could declare a low value and I said yes to help save on fees...I went to the post office to ship and if I declared the package for $100 I couldn't insure it for the full amount and I wasn't taking any chance as I dealt with this guy before and sold him a Stormtrooper and went thru this same crap before and what happened!! The Stormtrooper showed up just like promised !! So I sent the guy a email and said if I declare a lower value I can't Insure it for the full amount and he says ok just declare $150 and if something happens you only are responsible for $150..his fett was shipped Saturday along with 4 other packages ...and I went away for the weekend just like most people did for memorial weekend.Monday came and I get a email from paypal saying that he filed a dispute ..I got pissed because I spent $60 shipping the fett and he does this,I did not log into the freaks board till Monday when I got all 7 of his messages about the tracking..he will wait the whole waiting period to get his money back from paypal because of this and I'm out $60..yes I got my fett back after he did this because they did not do a pick up over the holiday weekend.

So you didn't send the buyer a tracking number, then you got mad because he opened a claim because you didn't send him a tracking number, then you went and picked up the package which had gone nowhere in three days (screwing yourself out of the shipping cost), and now you are intentionslly holding his money for as long as possible to antagonize him. Is that what you just said there?

That's apart from the other issues floating around in this story.

Paypal have a defined procedure, unfortunately it takes a certain amount of time for that procedure to complete, so that PayPay can be sure honest Buyers and Sellers have had a reasonable time frame, to resolve any unexpected issues.

This may mean you have to pass on your current Boba Fett deal, however there will be other opportunities to purchase that figure.. explain the situation to the Seller with the Fett figure, and see if he is prepared to wait, until you have obtained your refund.
Word to the wise, it's probably better not to set-up another deal, until you have your refund in hand.

10 days is the shortest time for refund, assuming seller didn't reply anything via paypal, if seller replied he sent, paypal will ask for proof, this will go on & off for another week at least, and if seller managed to show a proof he sent it, it might take 1 week or a month or so, depending the seller's location & service he used, and it might take 2-3 months wait (say if he sends SAL from Australia), but paypal has 6 months coverage.

What the ****!! You do know it's a ****en holiday here in the US !! I've been gone since Saturday and come home to this ****!! Are you serious,it ****en cost me $60 to ship the fett and you go put a claim in be cause I didn't answer you after I told you Friday I would go back up and ship Saturday because you asked me to declare a lower value..which is illegal to do I found out and I promised to go back Saturday and ship like I did.,,after I waited a week for payment because you couldn't afford to pay right away and I held it for you...**** off man!!
