I pretty much had to restart for financial reasons.. I'm in the process of rebuilding the collection now. As you can see I was all over the place in terms of character/franchise. This time I'm going 90% Marvel, 7% DC, 2% Transformer and 1% Predator LOL

This only holdovers from this picture are Reeve Superman, Kotobukiya Hulk and Scar Predator (upper right.. blocked by window glare)

This Spiderman is a great figure though. Definitely pick him up if you can. I don't know if there will be another.

Yeah, this was probably HT's first and last Black Suit Spidey. And good job holding onto the Reeve, love that figure.

Reeve was first on my list of untouchable figures! He would have been the absolute last to go. I sold some others that I though were untouchable like the DX11 Joker but HT really nailed it with Super Reeve. That facial sculpt gets me every time.

strange but i never really thought it was the head until i posted it. kept thinking it's the mask.

Regardless of what people feel about the new Spider-Man movies, I hope that we eventually get an awesome looking Venom figure as good as the symbiotic Spider-Man.

I've got both Red and Black Spiderman 3 figures. I've been trying to sell both for $375 if anyone is interested? They've both been in my detolf in a museum pose and both are in great shape.

I have the black Spidey and I think it's the best 1/6 Spider-man ever produced. It's better than Hot Toys' red Spider-Man, and the Tobey Maguire headsculpt is amazing. I always display mine with the Maguire head.

my black spidey died
fell off the display and broke a hip
at that point, i let my son play with it as i didnt think i could sell it
since hes had it, the arm and eyes have fallen off
he left the sandman base out and one of my dogs chewed up the arm

This one has sat in some stores for a long time. I'm glad I was patient....picked it up at last years Cyber Monday sale at the Marvel Store for $171 shipped! I wish I could find these deals on all of my HT and SSC figs! haha

And I agree it is one of the better representations of Spidey for a high end figure.
Thought HT Amazing 2 was going to be good...but after seeing pics, cancelled the p.o.

I hope in the new Spider-Man films we see the symbiote story done again but better than how it was done in Spider-Man 3. The look of this figure isn't bad but I'd much prefer a costume that's more comic accurate that's pure black with the white spider logo that wraps around the front and back. That's one of my favorite costume designs ever even though it's very simple and in some ways I like it more than the traditional red and blue suit.

Yes it can get into that pose, my only concern would be that the hands would eventually pull out of the wrist joint from the weight of the figure. so I would tie the web around his feet (maybe use actual string for the web) or use the display stand to hold him upside down.

One of the dynamic flight stands would come in handy.
