I picked up a Lighthouse case and some additional lighting through Kijiji for this figure. The case is wonderful, and because I have the extra (blue and green) lighting packs, I was able to get some blue light on him. I think it really offsets the overly silver paintjob and brings him more in line with the look of the film.

Gorgeous pics, pred. You and Yoshi are killing it with these shots and I have to say...

this figure is all about proper display lighting. You can get pretty much the look you want with blue led's or whatever lighting suits you but once you get past that (I prefer a greyish silver look) you can really start to appreciate this figure.

Oh I can see where you are going with it my friend.

I just personally see Robo 2, like those posters when he bursts through the wall.

Man, I would love to display my Robo in a pose like in that last red/blue photo, but I'd be terrified the rubber elbow would tear over time.

You can't pose him like that because i did some "tricks" to achieve that pose. PS: You are right about the rubber. It will tear over time. Because of that I pose my figures for pictures only. Better safe than sorry.

i think that if rubber ever starts decaying on my robocops, i'll simply paint the insides black. don't see any other way.
