Someone pointed out before though, that with the battle damaged T-800, we got pipe bombs, but no Kyle Reese. I think the Marines are more likely though. Will probably be a function of how well Ripley and the warrior sells, so everyone here should be pre-ordering!

Alien Day sucked balls.

Newt reveal and the Vasquez tease was pretty good, but Hot Toys didn't deliver ****. What a disappointment. How are you not even going to deliver Ripley specs/pics when it was literally planned for today from that promo sheet posted a few weeks back? That's really weak.

I'm holding out hope they'll post something tonight when they normally do. Although it'll already be the 27th for them. Other sources seem to indicate we'll get announcements during the time of the exhibition at Toy Sapiens, so basically any time within the next two weeks.

I would definitely pick up this "Aliens" figure if there were to be a Marine figure release announced. Not sure if I would get it to display alone, though.

...the cosbabies might be a clue of what's to come. Just staying positive here, but we won't see that until after Ripley. It's a fact that HT are releasing Alien stuff in the future, we'll just have to wait and see how much.

A Hot Toys Hicks 2.0 would have given me a very very different outlook on the whole Alien day. As it stands, man it was weak.

I would live a Hicks or maybe even Hudson.....maaaaabye Vasquez.....

Well they're niche now compared to their repetitive Iron Man and Captain America stuff. But Hot Toys started out on Terminator, Aliens and Predator. They made 5 marines back in the day which were in high demand on the after-market. Hot Toys must be very much aware of them.

NECA always deliver surprises, especially their Aliens product, I mean man what more could you ask for? They made facehuggers, eggs, Queens & powerloader, Hudson & Hicks, and now they are making Newtt & Vasquez...but Hot Toys? Mehhh typical HongKong business, always about the money, milking one licence and lack of passion of making toys.
