To late to be fashionable, but here just the same. Exceptional figure, blah blah blah....

Finally opened Luke and he's a fun figure. The lightsaber works really well and there's such a huge variety of stuff to pose him with. The likeness really is pretty great - the "I don't see Hamill" thing is pretty laughable when the figure's right in front of you, though I can't say it's the better-in-hand thing. I've seen a lot of Hamill from day one in the pics.

The two things I don't love about the figure is the limited head articulation and the metallic hair. I know blond (in Hamill's case I guess brown/blond) hair is tough, and HT seems to struggle a bit with it - but this looks like copper. And I'm really wanting to pose him looking down at the lightsaber, but the head really can't look down or up very far, even a noticeable head tilt is tough to do. Love the wiring in the cuffs.

Unfortunately SSC 3PO looks like Lurch from the Addams Family next to this Luke. The Luke may be 1/8" too short and I guess SSC 3PO is 1/8-1/4" too tall.

I noticed this also. I do mainly do museum style posing, so it doesn't affect me. But it is odd.

It's tough posing this Luke with the lightsaber, as the outfit really is too stiff and when you bend the arm at the elbow, the outfit sleeve looks awful, as the material doesn't fold to scale.

I tried to capture that same scene where Ben hands Luke the lightsaber and Luke ignites it for the first time. I had to lower the arm some so the shirt/blouse doesn't look too bad.

Luke #2 confirmed delivery. As if I needed another reason to get the hell out of here today. He'll be in his Death Star get up by 5:00. :yess:

I've noticed this also with some of the figures I'm receiving.

However, I also have the propensity to do museum style posing, so it doesn't affect me much either.

You know what? I say that all the time and now that you mention it, I have no idea why. :lol

Stupid expression I must've heard once and it stuck.

"I'm lying, I love this figure." Yeah...doesn't work [emoji4]

Nice set up , I am debating a second one. I picked up X Wing though and I actually like it.

X-Wing Luke is my next purchase- once my points from this crazy month can be used. Yavin Luke is just waiting on a body I ordered to arrive so I can put him back together.

That's quite a thorough Luke ANH line-up. Red Five Luke and Ceremonial Luke coming up I imagine.

Now, like Hasbro, you need Luke with Falcon headset to be complete.

Not gonna lie...I love this figure.

Love the pose on the right.

I think that might be the one I use, though I really like the light-up saber. It looks much better/brighter than I thought it would. The blue's a shade too dark, but it really does look pretty great and looks like a saber, not a clear bit of plastic being lit at one end like previous light-ups did.
