Yeah, as you can see from my pic above, he looks much better with the white cuffs showing!

Thanks for pointing that out...just fixed the cuffs on mine and it looks great :rock

Also, does anyone know how likely is it that we could get Twelve's sh__ty stands replaced by BCS? Mine falls apart if I sneeze too loud.

Thanks guys.

Well if that's the case not much point contacting Big Chief about it, I'll just have to research how to drybrush and have a go at fixing it myself.

Say, does anyone knows how many working days does BCS take to ship out an instock item?? Purchased another Twelfth on the 13th, and till now it's status is still "processing". They're most prolly busy with the Doctor Who Fest and the upcoming comic con, but still, what's the average number of working days?

Interesting that you ask this. I ordered mine on 12th December 2014, and paid in full... On the order for, it states shipped - on 2nd November 2015.
There is no tracking number on the order and three weeks down the line, no figure (even though it states 24hr delivery).
My dad has send 'support tickets'in connection with this for the past week or so. there was a reply after the third or fourth one asking if it had been received.
I am, for the first time, quite disappointed with the situation. I can understand that a produce can be scheduled for posting, but not get posted off, but to not simply post out a figure once its been made clear that the initial scheduled posting didn't take place is not cool. I hope hat you have better luck than me with any of your enquiries.

One thing you should do is check they haven't accidentally added £1.50 to the 'taxes' i.e. VAT section of your invoice.

just had a look. Nope.
It clearly shows that it's all paid, and states - Shipped.

Next up, a phone call, as they do not seem too resposnive on this ticket thing on their website.

How's the phone call going? Any luck? It's kind of nerve wrecking to have something that expensive shipped out without a tracking number provided.

Last checked two days ago, it showed that mine was "shipped" but there's no tracking number too :( But I'm still in the early stages of waiting, and it always takes exactly 10 days for any parcels from the UK to reach me (thus far). Am hoping I receive my parcel on the 10th day of waiting, else I know I'll be hunting them down too :lol

It takes 10 days for parcels from the UK to get to me, but my dad arranges the BC sales in the UK, then he forwards them to me. Up till now theres been no problem.
This could all be Parcel Force. Thing is, BC aren't helping by not communicating. No luck with calling yet. He is trying again on Monday.

Mine showed that it is sent via Royal Mail International Signed For, so I assumed there'll be a tracking number provided. Just gonna email them to ask for it.

Love the figure. Looking at pics here, though, I am wondering if anyone else's had hair quite as pink as mine?

It's not 'send-back-worthy'. On the shelf it doesn't look too bad. Once I get the figs all properly set up with lights it might be a different matter, though. Is this a usual paint job on the hair?

The collar was popped open because someone in the factory must have had trouble putting in the head (head arrived loose), but it was an easy fix with some thread after I got advice on the FB fan forum.

The paint job on this looks nicer than the paint on the 7b head

BC have informed us that 12 was retturned to them by parcel Force for an unknown reason. An assurance has been given that it will be shiped out before the end of the day. So all is good.

12 now en route from my dad's place. Should have him (12, not my dad) next week. Thank's Terry.

Mine should've been here by 28th Novemeber, but I have yet to receive it :gah: I dread the possibility that I have to call and email them multiple times to ask them about where has my 12 gone
