I think the point of the sensors was to establish a neurological connection with the armor so he could control it with his mind. The armor wrapped itself around Pepper because he mentally commanded it to do so.

It's the same thing. He sacrificed his safety, the suit, to save others, the Air Force one crew. The only difference is the distance. He was en route to fight an army of flaming captain Americas and his last move before he goes is to give up his suit to save others. But yea, I could see how that's not heroic...or not

he had 34 other suits...

oh right standing up and moving your body around with zero resistance isnt quite "relaxing" but it doesnt even border on exercise, so somewhere in between

Iron man is a hero, super hero or whatever. What im saying is in that one sequence his actions were not heroic

no, I said he wasnt quite relaxing, so it was something between there and exercise, saying there was basically no work involved on his part, adding to how pathetic they made tony in that sequence

Mark 9 is "meh" (thunder thighs, weird shoulders and neck not enough mass in the torso). Pepper is a great release for IM fans but the head needs work, probably wont order

Operating the suit to save a dozen people free falling from the sky in a short time frame takes equal to or more 'work' than piloting a rescue chopper that hovers in place.

There's no risk or sacrifice for an EMT worker (or anyone) to give CPR to an unconscious person.

sure there is, rolling up onto scenes not knowing what youre heading into, the environment, working on people while in transit etc... you might have an argument for doctors at the hospitals, they are heroes who get almost no recognition, but they also risk failing with their own hands and actions, theyre in the thick of it

hey thats not fair, I didnt say they werent heroes, they do things hands on, theres risk and sometimes sacrifice, they are heroes and I would never say otherwise
