Sideshow Darth Maul Sixth Scale Figure

Overaul Sideshow's figure was great, the main costume filled out nicely and had good mass to it where Medicom felt too skinny, and the portrait was a perfect Ray Park if you saw the unpainted sculpt, the eye paint and robe were the real weakness, Maul's hood is huge and there's a certain look, Sideshow's was too small and looked Hasbro-esque.

The portrait we've seen as that perfect, silent intensity from the movie.

It was good for the $60 bucks or whatever he was. Only downside was the clunky boots.

Yeah, the boots were pretty bad... had they been shrunk a bit they would have been just fine as the sculpt was solid.

I can't part with nothing me so if I do decide to pick up 2.0 then I will be stuck with the 1.0 also. No big deal I suppose as I can just retire him off to his box and stick him up the loft.

Maul looks tiny back there but probably just the perspective. Like the shine on R2, seeing both the AT-AT and TIE confirms that I'd probably be good with just the TIE. Wolverine looks great.

Looks promising... really like how the AT-AT Driver looks, but that's not too surprising as he looks a lot like the Tie Pilot and I love that figure

I guess there will be a new Tatooine Wall section as well

To be fair, people's comments are warranted by that picture. No matter what perspective you're looking at the pic from, every other figure, including C-3PO in the far back, looks to be in scale with each other and that Maul just looks puny. It's weird how they pick and choose what liberties they choose to take on sometimes.

Yeah looking more at the picture he does seem puny as you say JP, still looks great though.

Hard to want TIE and not AT-AT Driver. The variances are far more interesting than the simple repaint of the PT Clones.
