So this is MMS306- anyone going to speculate what 302-205 are? Quicksilver, Ultron Sentry, then what else is left?

And there's still no MMS298 (most likely Princess Leia since she was originally teased with Tattooine Luke) yet, so 5 figures still need to be announced.

Now I am pissed. They did HS repaints for AOU Cap and Widow, but for this AOU Thor, they have a new HS instead of a TDW repaint!? Did Evans & Johansson rejected their new HS and Hemsworth accepted his? Or HT just went lazy with 2 out of 3?

I don't mind the evans repaint but I hate that they didn't make a new one for BW

Yeah, I deliberately left that one out- it's almost a given that it'll be Leia since Luke was MMS297. But you're right, it does still need to be announced (and confirmed).

They probably redid Thor because they knew he would be a hard sell otherwise. His costume barely changes, unlike Cap and BW who who's outfits were much different compared to TWS.

Good point! You are right...they saved money by reusing HS for Cap & Widow but improved on outfit (Cap) or accessories (Widow). Whereas Thor is sort of the opposite! Okay...I feel better now, thanks! (Not that I would be getting a Thor anytime soon...not a big fan for the Thor figure...sorry. I did think about getting this one for 0.38 seconds.)

-2011 Thor is very underwhelming. 7/10

-Avengers Thor is great body-wise, sculpt lacks but is better than the 2011 sculpt. 8/10

-Thor: TDW is excellent. 9/10

-AOU Thor looks good but the eyes are off (for now). 8.5/10

Well some people who own the first Thor still try to rate it as a good figure even compared to current Thors.

I think it looks great. Love that it comes with the option of a light up hammer or a normal version.

Don't much care for the app considering it's something I'd try once and then never use again lol.

As I don't already have a Thor, I will be picking this one up. I imagine those that already have him might just get the light up hammer on the aftermarket.

And to be fair, as far as AOU Evans, that's a damn good sculpt! And many were surprised that it was even thrown in there for free cause a lot of people
thought the only way to get it is by getting the 2 for 1 with civilian Rogers.

Yeah, that AOU Cap with the perfect Evans likeness and the perfect Steve Rogers head thrown in as an extra was one of those sets that make me think Hot Toys is awesome despite the fact that they won't give me a Michelle Pfeiffer Catwoman. They didn't have to give us the Rogers head, but they did, and it's awesome.

Now they need to do something about Black Widow's headsculpt. I may be in the minority but I think the Winter Soldier headsculpt is dead-on other than the open mouth which distorts her jaw a bit. That sculpt looks good with the long hair, but the reuse of it for AOU shows that it doesn't look nearly as good with the short hair style (or at least, Hot Toys' attempt at the short hair style.) I'm hoping for Civil war we get a definitive Scarlett Johansson sculpt. Also it would be nice if Hot Toys came up with a slightly shorter and more curvy female body but I doubt that will ever happen. All their females are 5'7" and willowy.
