I hear crickets chirping.....lol.

:D funny how it got quiet all of a sudden lol....

Good, better with the drama gone. Now back to serious business...a couple pages ago someone said they saw a new picture of the mark 45?

No, turns out that was artwork for the mark 43 & Lego some how copied it & called it the mark 45..., it's on another thread here somewhere, when I find it I'll repost it.

Not sure if i'm reading this correctly, are you saying Mark 45 is fake or a mistake?

I don't understand the obsession over MK 45.

I don't understand why you're writing it off like it's nothing because someone on here said Lego used an unapproved concept design to make a lego figure, which is a load of BS... so I guess we're on even ground.

This wasn't the image I was talking about.....but it does look a lot like 45 minus the eyes. I can't find the image I was referring to.

I seen your post from before... the only reason I posted that pic is because it sounded exactly like your description of it, with the grey around the arc reactor. I'm sure we'll see a full reveal soon enough.

Its THE Holy Grail of Iron Man armors..... all that came before a merely a shadow in its presence. It is all there is and all there ever will be
I'm much more interested in seeing that ultimate Ultron. Hopefully it looks better than Prime. His drones could end up looking better than he does

As far as I'm aware from people on facebook, they're saying that Lego jumped the gun with an artistic impression of the mark 43..., had a look & the one you posted on the other page is what Lego used im told, it looks different from the actual mark 43 but that was artistic merit I suppose but Lego aren't exactly known for accuracy I guess. lol ;)

You know what? I really think you're onto something. I probably should put this in spoiler tags, but I fear Mark XLV will be...the last IM armor. Ever. :monkey2

Lego isn't known for exact accuracy, but they have never produced an iron man armor out of the blue. It has always corresponded to a mark in the films. And I have seen the same stuff on Facebook. But they are guessing as much as anyone else.

Lego has created two unique armors, one mk43 and one mk45, both with unique colorations. Given the way the Marvel licenses works I do not think they can just create a character/variation that is not in the MCU/tv/comic worlds.

The photo the Facebook people are using to say it was taken from was an armor in the iron man 2 art book. I don't see them using that.

Lego has gotten approval for both the minifigures, the advertising, the call out sheets, the box art, and other marketing all using the mark 45 name and look. All of which marvel has to approve. I don't see them allowing a mistake or artistic licenses given the way they manage their brand.

Thanks for your input, as I want a mark 45 I'm happy about that..., you can never have enough Iron Man suits (well I can't anyway). :)
