I love this figure it is one of the best I have received in recent memory. Only problem is that it has only made me want the HT 1/4 scale endo even more...

I haven't taken the plunge into Hot Toys' Terminator figures because I'm waiting for a 1/6 Endo to be released again... This guy is SO tempting, though.

It zipps up pretty easily. All u have to do is make sure the clip slides well and is even like in a real jacket ...then use your thumbnail and keep pushing up. But at the same time make sure that your other hand keeps the jacket ends very close to each other so as not to put stress on the zipper... The issue will be when you zip and unzip a few times... My best guess is that 3 or 4 times onwards you are likely to render it useless :) as the zipper teeth are not very strong...

I received my loose BD head from ebay ( decided to pass on this release but pick up the lone head). It is very nice but when put side to side with the DX13 heads the DX13 blow this one out of the water. Crazy how much personality the 13 heads have compared to the blank expression of the T1 BD. Wonder if the T1 would have benifited from PERS!

I'm not usually a big PERS supporter, but I could see it working for this release (the "Get out" scene, as I think mentioned by a-dev). Also, there wouldn't be any worries about the PERS detracting from the sculpt due to it looking unnatural. This is probably the perfect figure for PERS, if there ever was one.

Well the Terminator is supposed to be an emotionless "robot" more or less in the film (though P. disagrees on this point), so the expression fits IMO. In T2 Uncle Bob did wear his "emotions" a bit more on his sleeve IMO, so it also makes more sense to me that we would see a sculpt that has him looking a bit grumpier.

Inflating the pants. I get it.

For me, the most distracting aspect to this figure is the narrow hips made seemingly impossible by the thunder thighs.

Not funny I guess, I do have a childish sense of humor:monkey3

It certainly looks better padded out, hips and neck for that matter, just a shame we have to do these things, if hot toys would have put some effort into the body for this figure in could have been in the running for FOTY. There's lots to like about this figure, nearly everything except the body and short shirt.
