Seeing all these pictures again and knowing they're almost a year old makes me feel pretty confident that there at least close to having some prototypes in the bag. Aside from Merle which we knew was pretty much done, Daryl and Michonne look really close too. Hopefully sometime while season 5 is still going something will go up for PO.

And hell yeah Pop we need the gov with some fish tanks.

Again, thanks for the info. Even if it's 2nd hand, it's better than us sitting in the dark. And agree it seems like the priorities were misplaced. Note sure if they were expected new robocop to be a barn burner or what, but why not focus on properties that are already winners?

2nd round characters: the gov, Shane, Hershel, Carl? Maybe Rambo Carol. I'm not buying any zombies (except the pets), but if I did I always thought the mud zombie that ate the gov's "daughter" was cool.

I would think that the new Robocop license is a total waste of time and resources, but maybe that's coming form my 38 year perspective. Maybe the new gen of teenage-early 20's folks love this movie like our age group took to the original. Doubtful, but what do I know . I would think that if the time and money invested in the Robo-offerings were applied to TWD and they didn't bother with RC at all, we'd likely have a couple of more figs on our shelves right now and the success of the releases would probably have been fuel for more TWD figs to be considered.

Damn, now I'm getting impatient

I agree. Unless they are going to start charging more for the exclusive, I don't' see them offered half a zombie for the same price without one. Personally, I think its a great move. Something bigger, but not necessarily something everyone wants or needs. People that don't want the super, huge, deluxe version can get the regular edition. She'll make a great companion piece for Rick.

Interesting that Rick and Michonne are the next figures in line when we've known about Merle nearly as long as the Pets. I mean, Michonne coming sooner rather than later is good, but it seems like strange R&D work to have Merle seemingly reading for so long and not pushing him out sooner than something that seemed much further behind in progress.

It's easy for us to speculate but who knows what really goes on behind the scenes and what causes certain decisions or creates delays. (I didn't read the interview yet BTW)

The decisions make sense if the thinking is to release the lead character and another popular character that completes what they already released. But who knows.

I'm just happy to see that they are moving forward with more walkers. I hope there's more to come and they give us a nice array

Dot mind the zombies either. Bicycle Girl could easily be a release on its own. Look at HT MKIII construction set. Similar release woukd be possible (however not a similar price ).

Decided to not buy the bootleg versions of Rick and give ThreeZero another chance.

I really liked what they said about customs and unlicenced stuff and how even companies know to differ.
