In Hong Kong it came out in July. In the U.S this just started being shipped out.

Lol, I'm thinking running it over with my truck. That way it's a little LESS personal. The thought of ****ing that **** up by hand is giving me anxiety.

Yupp, told me to wait 5-7 business days because they were waiting for more to come in. Waited 14 regular days emailed them for an update and they said they are still waiting for a new batch.
Then you come on and say you get a new arm in 2 days.... Gotta say im getting irritated by SSC
Yea, I ordered this a week ago and still shows processing, I figured they are waiting on a new batch in the next few weeks.

I didn't have any arm issues...and this figure IS the best suit so far, and they may not ever top it until the MARK VI die-cast comes out...

My Iron Man arrived with a missing piece on the right foot. I ordered from a sideshow official dealer (lookout toys) so will they be able to replace it? I didn't notice it till I inspect the figure carefully. I do have a video of an unboxing! I'll call Sideshow on Monday when they're open. Any tips as to what I should say? I'll also contact lookout toys.
Have you checked in the box? That piece has popped off a few of mine, easily snaps right back on and should be a simple replacement.

Yes, I did search for the missing piece. I also went back and look at my unboxing video and that piece wasn't there from the start. I wouldn't mind if the piece was fallen off since I can just glue it back but a missing piece is unacceptable.

If it isnt in the box like Yank33 said, might want to contact both lookout and sideshow but sideshow's policy says that they won't replace parts from orders that didn't go thru them and advises you to go thru the seller. But I would still contact both to touch bases.
