Definitely agree with you. I was concerned it was too similar to the vii to be a big change in look. But having it in hand, the legs and head are so distinctive that those changes give it presence and makes him really pose like a boss. The lighter charcoal color is more pleasing than the black from the protos as well. It is a unique color that aids to the suit.

Just got mine today and it looks pretty good. I actually like it a lot. Unfortunately, mine came with 2 closed R fists and 0 closed L fist. Kinda disappointed that I need to go through the whole contact SS process and all, but they are usually good about replacements and stuff. Hopefully, it works out in the end.

Usually I have a friend who doesn't really do HT order me an extra of these exclusives, but I forgot to ask for this one. Oh well. One day in a few years, when I'm much much richer (of course! ) I will be buying all the HT Iron Men, but until then I just can't keep up, at least without selling the rest of my collection instead.

Finally got mine and he is awesome, only problem is his left arm guard is wedged in the wrist socket super tight. You guys think using a hair dryer would do the trick?

I had the exact same issue. I used the hair dryer and then took some pliers to pinch it and twist to loosen it. Worked perfectly.

Got mine yesterday only had time to unbox it tonight .. Everything is perfect , all lights are working correct parts included only problem i see is mine have a bit loose knees . i havent tried to take offthe plastic on his thighs/feet maybe ill try tommorow and really check if it is too loose that it impedes poses and him standing up.. If ever i find both knees too loose how can i ask for replacements? What are the proccess that i should expect?

Mine has very loose knees as well, I haven't removed the plastic on the feet yet so I don't know about the ankles Over all the whole figure seems a bit cheap to me compared to other figures but I haven't had time to get a proper look yet as I just took him out and checked him over and then put it back in the box.

Mine has fairly loose knees... bit tricky for him to stand without the base.

@Rankin and chris hmm so having loose knees is a bit common then but at the same time not all have them so do you think it is worth the hassle to get a replacement from sideshow?

How did you get his feet into the foot pads of the HOA Bay?

You have to GENTLY move the foot spacers on the base to account for the width on the foot. I had to wedge the Mark I in like that as well, be carful the foot well will snap right off.
