Me, no.

hiccup

Well, baby wasn't in the best of moods and wife and I are in a rough patch at the moment so despite being in TRU yesterday, I did not go looking for the NECA. Won't stop me from running out at lunch to check the one by work again, see if anything came in over the weekend.

Picked these cups up yesterday, pretty good deal, cool artwork, the 16oz one was 99 cents and the 12oz one was 79 cents at Stop and Shop, they were in a bin of Hallmark party cups. I've been watching the bins to see if they got Godzilla and they finally got them for a lot of new movies so I looked and I got one of each, might get spares since they're so cheap.

If you guys only knew how close I came to buying the Gigantic 2001 for $1,120 today.

I have the funds, what stopped me was the realization that it simply would've been a very poor investment on my part.

If it were to get reissued within the next year for $400.00-500.00 I would've deserved a capital "L" tattooed on my forehead.

There's another one on Ebay for $1,880.00, plus $91.00 for shipping. :lol

i would only pay $400ish for the Gigantic 2001. I'm not crazy about that sculpt, and i don't like the GMK suit. It's one of the more childish suits, aside from the goof-ball Showa era suits which i adore. The Gigantic 2001's hunch drives me crazy. i know everyone goes ga-ga over the "white eyes" and all that BS. in GMK all kaiju are terribly out of character, overall I think it's a lousy installment.

I never planned on buying the Gigantic GMK and wanted Burning G as my only large-scale Goji figure (unless they make G14 that big, which they won't), but if Diamond did reissue him... I might pick one up for "investment" purposes. :lol Hell, I might even decide to keep him.

I just bought a Gigantic GMK off eBay, but I wanted it badly so the money didn't matter. I love the figure and don't really care about suit accuracy, I just think it looks stunning. Don't even understand how it could be called childish. Ferocious is more like it. Anyway waiting on 2 gigantics now :)

Picked up a light to highlight my shelves, kind of temporary until I figure out some kind I can actually install.

Yeah, I LOVE that GMK Gigantic, just one seriously mean looking bad ass Godzilla right there.

I know he's not the traditional Godzilla due to his feline like crouch and appearance, but I just LOVE LOVE LOVE how he looks.

He is a must own, one day he will be mine, then i'll probably die the day after. :lol

I actually prefer him over the burning because he's not dying, I just don't want to own a Godzilla that is dying.

But I am waiting for the next Gigantic to be announced, imagine if it was 2000. :horror :thud:

That MuteCity Sculpture Godzilla looks good. I'm holding out for what Sideshow is bringing out.
Can't wait for that one. Hoping they might bring it to SDCC....

Thought somebody would have posted about this by now. Looks like we're finally getting Mecha Ghidorah.

LMAO wow, oh my, 85 is one of my favorite godzilla movies but man, did they beat the sculpt with an ugly stick. They really jacked up his face by trying to capture his fangs. Seriously he looks like he just got his wisdom teeth pulled out and his face is all puffed up lol

There other godzilla was fine why the hell did this come out like that lol
