Sentinel pose reminds me to this, but he is more boring as the cat. :lol

Looks to me like he had cyclops do a optic blast to the chest and he's gaining his composure quickly as they always do and about to go on the offensive.

I would love to see a finished prototype on Wolverine at SDCC14 my Friend, so you getting the 7' Vader? Temek

Be Cool
Al

Me too, here's to hoping. 7' Vader? That's a big negative my friend, way out of my price range. The PF, I'll be all over that if done well. :)

Now if the Blonde Model that was used for scale, came with it, for unlimited usage, that could be a game changer my Friend :lol:lol:lol

A little bigger and more expensive? What a tool.

Well, I want him to display with my other X Men, he is actually a little small to display with either PF's or comiquettes. Tool alert I own both. So yes, I expect him bigger and naturally more expensive.
I don't get why everyone is complaining about the price. True he is more than Galactus but he is inline with the Sauron PF. I have Optimus on order and he is 2.3k at only 27 inches but super detailed. Yes, I could tolerate more expensive if more detailed. What do you want exactly? We are talking about a SENTINEL statue.

You want a talking statue? Why? Are you an adult?

Why not? The Sentinel is known for barking commands. Yes, I am an adult who loves my life and hey, your in this thread as well :wave

I'm grabbing the Koto Brown Wolvie they just announced. This seems like it would be a great companion piece for Wolvie. How big are the Sentinels suppose to be?

Sentinels vary in height is the easy answer. The early models were probably between 10-20 feet in height. The more popular version, that many of us grew up watching in the 90's cartoon, is closer to 3 stories tall. And the classic arcade game had human-sized versions for good old beat 'em up action!

The more and more I think about this, the more I want to pass. I was excited upon first reveal but after letting everything settle in, that pose is killing it for me. Also, was hoping for something closer to the comics, not a movie/comic hybrid.

I agree. I'm going to pass also. There isn't enough nostalgiac attachment for me. I would buy it if I had endless funds and space however :)

:exactly: It is just not hitting all those points that make me PO on day one when I absolutely love a piece. Especially after receiving Apoc, it needs to be a must have for taking up that much space.

Galactus was more impressive to me than this sculptwise, and was $100 cheaper so I could justify the cost, but this one misses the mark for me to spend that kind of coin on an open ES statue.
