Being that Luke is such a central and popular character, I can very much see SS releasing this and then later on doing a new ESB sculpt for the Snowspeeder figure. He gets a few extras, new gloves, overcoat, etc and I think plenty of people would buy both.

Another reason for a possbile ESB version in the future, is that while a mass produced 1/6 X-Wing is an impossibility at this point, a 1/6 scale Snowspeeder to go with ESB Luke, wouldn't be such a tall order. Correct me i f I am wrong, but such a kit wouldn't be that much bigger than HT TDKR Batwing.

It seems that sideshow shares it's need for misleading their customers with hasbro.

Picture shows ANH but product shows ESB. Coincidence? I think not!

I only see the addition of an extra jacket that goes over the ANH Flightsuit, different gloves and (maybe) different helmet?

Not enough stuff to demand a whole 'nother figure IMO. Add the jacket and another pair of boots and gloves, remove the safety harness and that's it, you have snowspeeder Luke. The weathering on the helmet differs somewhat, but you can bet this ANH version will be weatherad as well so find a happy medium.
