Could it be Vision?

GREAT shots and poses here, chRd...

....can't believe I had to go back so many pages to find a pic to quote to get this thread back to Thor! :)

Any more fresh pics from anyone lucky enough to score this figure yet? Us folks in the US are still waitin'......more pics'll make the wait easier....

You do realize they have finalized character designs before movies even start shooting right? That's the entire purpose of concept art.

This movie has just started principle photography and Ultron is 100% CGI, if you think he is already canned and designed that is your opinion. However for a movie coming out next summer over 12 months away I would be shocked if there are no changes from concept art doodles and what ends up on the screen. Take that however you want.

I did hear Spader might be doing some mo-cap like Ruffalo did, but I'm not 100% sure on that. Can anyone confirm?

Actually you're both right. Nothing is constant or a science with this. Sometimes they have a solid direction before they start filming and sometimes things get changed/canned after the start filming for various reasons. It could be for reasons like the costume didn't appear on film they way the projected because of color or what have you. I'm not sure why it got cut but Cap's original WS suit is a good example. There were some early behind the scenes stills that leaked with Evans wearing a much lighter blue version of the stealth uniform, and the one that ended up on screen was navy

Final product does look good, guess I'll pick up the AoU version. Rumor is that a sleeveless Thor stunt guy was spotted in the set, so maybe we'll get both versions again for AoU.

I will wait for the Armored version from AoU since it's the same costume and I prefer the silver highlights to the gold. Perhaps there will be improved articulation and other accessories. But with so many figures to be released for AoU [at least 2 Iron Mans, Cap, Ultron, Widow, Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, and Thor are locks. Maybe a new Hulk, Fury, War Machine or Falcon as well.] Perhaps they'll figure out swapable arms but I'm not betting on it seeing how complicated the shoulder mech is and I don't think there will be room to produce a variant like this both on the production side and on the collector empty wallet side for AoU.

I'm still betting this is will be only sleeveless Thor for the next 4-5 years, at least until Thor 3. Probably the only sleeveless one in this costume and maybe the only one HT will make at all.
